Annual Junior Olympics 2018

HOLY TRINITY GREEK ORTHODOX YOUTH

Dear Parish Members, Parents, and Youth,

The Metropolis of Chicago Annual Junior Olympics will take place Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, 2014. The Junior Olympics encourage athletic competition and fellowship on a Metropolis-wide scale. Over 35 parishes and 2,000 competitors participate in the event each year which consists of three days of sporting, social, and spiritual events.

Participation is open to children age 7 through Adult. Our Parish will be holding a general informational meeting soon. Please visit the Holy Trinity GOYA Facebook page and follow us for updates. There will be more details as the Junior Olympics approach.

The Junior Olympics are held on the church grounds of Saints Constantine and Helen, Stagg High School and Moraine Valley Community College on Memorial Day Weekend. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist in coaching various team sports and other events.
